NSW Premier's Export Award Honors Nuix

| Australia-based electronic discovery software provider, Nuix, has been named Emerging Exporter of the Year by the Australian Institute of Export's Premier's NSW Export Awards, an annual award for outstanding export achievement by an enterprise in any industry sector which has been exporting goods or services for three years or less. |
| With year-over-year export growth of 220 per cent in 2008-2009, building on growth of almost 350 per cent the previous year, Nuix's export activity has provided 83 per cent of company revenue in the past six months. |
| Fresh from the acknowledgement of the Australian Technology Showcase 2009 Patron's Award for Outstanding Export Achievement, Nuix is now excited to proceed as a national finalist in the 47th Australian Export Awards, scheduled for 20 November in Canberra. |
