SharePoint
provides a fast and defensible means of collecting ESI from Microsoft SharePoint sites, maintaining the exact look-and-feel as it existed at the time of collection.

Networks enables organizations to automate the collection of ESI from laptops, desktops, MS SharePoint sites, enterprise file shares and common computer forensic file formats stored on a Windows accessible network.

Portable enables organizations to simply and rapidly collect data in the field. Users pre-configure collection hard-drives or thumb drives to identify and selectively collect ESI from laptops, desktops and enterprise file shares. It is an easy "plug and play" solution and the end user needs no expertise or specialist training.

SharePoint |
| Nuix Collector for SharePoint supports forensic Microsoft SharePoint collections, providing a fast and defensible collection process that does not impact the SharePoint working environment. Nuix Collector for SharePoint supports the forensic collection of SharePoint information, providing a fast and defensible means of collecting a MS SharePoint site whilst maintaining the exact look-and-feel as it existed at the time of collection. Nuix does not impact the SharePoint working environment during collection. Nuix collects the document libraries and maintains them as native copies, collects all metadata fields including custom and system metadata, and captures an exact MHTML representation of the page. This approach ensures an exact replica of the site can be maintained, reviewed and produced - ensuring the collection matches the original. |
