Danish Consumer and Competition Authority

The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's role is to maintain well-functioning markets. It enforces the Danish Competition Act and endorses larger business mergers and instructs companies to revoke agreements that limit competition. It acts as secretariat for the Consumer-ombudsman, who supervises compliance with Danish marketing law.
