Your Welcome Pack includes access to your Nuix solutions, an introduction to your customer success team, collateral to help you get started and access to various Nuix portals.
Your Solutions Consultant and/or Customer Success Manager, primary training and support contacts and other Nuix team members will ensure onboarding and implementation success.
Our training, solutions consulting, customer success and support teams are strategically placed around the globe so you can work with someone within your region
Our team will confirm access to all relevant licenses along with environment and infrastructure readiness to give you the best possible foundation to build on.
This is where YOU come in! Setting aside time to work with your implementation team is a key part of onboarding success. Your implementation is a team effort that we’re excited to support.
Your support team leader will schedule a support orientation during which you’ll share primary contact information for your key user contacts
All access to our support portal and a detailed review of the portal will be included in this orientation meeting, helping you get the most out of your customer support team
