eDisclosure Systems Buyers Guide
Nuix is pleased to be included in the 2014 edition of the eDisclosure Systems Buyers Guide published by Allvision Computing and Legal IT Insider.
This comprehensive guide is a great place to start for UK lawyers, barristers, in-house counsel or IT departments who are looking to acquire or upgrade software to meet an eDisclosure (eDiscovery, for readers outside the UK) requirement but don’t know how to proceed.
Author Andrew Haslam from Allvision Computing, a leading independent litigation support consultancy, takes readers through a detailed explanation of eDisclosure. He outlines the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and the various steps involved in the eDisclosure process.
The “market survey” section provides a historical review of the marketplace and changing UK legal environment. The guide notes that Nuix was one of the first companies to offer early case assessment (ECA) tools in 2010 and explains that the current focus for ECA in the UK is on tools that mainly operate outside the end client's environment. The author recognizes Nuix as one of two software providers that has succeeded in this area, explaining that technology departments choose Nuix due to its “speed and performance”. The guide also covers current hot topics in the industry, including computer-assisted review, clustering and automatic translation.
Our Director of Information Management Lee Meyrick provided a solid list of key facts on what Nuix has to offer. You will find this on page 151 of the guide.
