Nuix Helps To Raise $100,000 for Charity at the U.S. Secret Service Employee Recreation Association’s Annual Charity Golf Tournament
HERNDON, VA – March 27, 2015 — Nuix, a technology company that enables people to make fact-based decisions from unstructured data, announced today that it has raised more than $100,000 with proceeds going equally to MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and Inova Children’s Hospital. The money was raised at the United States Secret Service Employee Recreation Association’s 25th annual charity golf tournament last Fall at the Twin Lakes Golf Course in Clifton, Virginia.
The tournament attracted more than 200 golfers. It included a full day of golf, raffles, and a silent auction.
“Nuix has sponsored and participated in this important fundraising event for several years and we realized the opportunity to make the 25th year the biggest success in the tournament’s history,” said Jim Kent, Global Head of Investigations & Security of Nuix North America.
“Our entire Federal team coordinated pre-event activities and logistics on the day. Nuix is proud to support the local communities where we live and work. This tournament was the perfect opportunity to bring together like-minded partners, customers, and local community members to have fun for great cause.”
Nuix supports many different initiatives that affect real social change around the world, including:

- Donating software for worthy causes such as child protection agencies
- Cleansing and republishing the EDRM Enron data set for industry training
- Supporting tertiary education in eDiscovery and digital investigation.
