Nuix Security and Intelligence Team Multiplies with Dedicated Development, Intelligence, and Implementation Experts

HERNDON, VA and TORONTO, ON – October 19, 2015 — Global technology company Nuix has substantially deepened its security and intelligence focus with the appointment of more than 20 experts in information security software development, threat intelligence, and tactical services over the past six months.

In recent months, Nuix has appointed an elite squad of cybersecurity developers led by security industry veterans Rich Cummings and Martin Pillion. These team members were hand-picked for their talents in kernel-level programming, enterprise scalability, reverse engineering, bug identification and exploitation, and secure software development.

Nuix has also hired Kevin Frank as its Head of Intelligence. Frank draws on more than 32 years of experience as a senior military and civilian intelligence officer for organizations including the US Strategic Command, the US Joint Forces Command, and the Defense Intelligence Agency.

Nuix’s cybersecurity technical specialist teams led by Stuart Clarke, Chris Pogue, Grayson Lenik, and Ryan Linn have grown to more than 20 practitioners in digital forensics, incident response, and advanced threats and countermeasures across three continents.
The Nuix Business Threat Intelligence and Analysis Team has taken on new members Michael Chance and Hoke Smith whose experience includes digital forensics, incident response, intelligence, and big data analytics. The software company has also appointed experienced cybersecurity market strategy and product management specialists Ale Espinosa and Greg Senko.
