Sara joined the Nuix Board in January 2023.

Sara is a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair with experience across a range of sectors. In addition to Nuix, Sara currently serves on the boards of Syrah Resources (ASX:SYR) since June 2019, Trajan Scientific and Medical (ASX:TRJ) since March 2021, Uniting NSW. ACT, the Sydney Opera House Trust and the National Anti-Corruption Commission’s audit committee.

Before moving into her non-executive career Sara was CFO of IBM Australia/New Zealand and Vice-Principal Operations at the University of Sydney. These roles gave her a solid grounding in finance, risk, technology, and international operations.

Sara is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney and a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
