What payment does Nuix accept?

Nuix accepts payment by credit card. Pre-approved Nuix clients will be given the option to be separately invoiced if desired. Full payment must be received before your place in the course is confirmed.

How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been processed.

Can I enroll multiple people in a training course?

Yes, multiple people from the same organization can be enrolled in the same training course, but you must complete the booking process for each participant individually.

Can I cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking, please email as soon as possible. You may incur cancellation fees.

Can I transfer my registration to another person or course date?

All bookings can be changed or transferred to another person up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled training date. To change or transfer your booking, please email as soon as possible.

What if I fail my certification exam?

You will have two chances to pass your exam at 80% to receive the certification. Please get in touch with for inquiries.

Can I be certified in more than one discipline?

Yes, you can. You must register for each certification course that you wish to attend. Please get in touch with for registration inquiries.

How do I receive Nuix Master certification?

You must pass all exams within the Nuix Master pathway. After passing all exams, you will receive the Nuix Master certification and badge.

Where are the training courses held?

Nuix offers public classroom-based and online training. Nuix also offers private on-site, online and customized training. All courses are offered in major cities globally.

Do I need to bring my own laptop?

Each onsite training location varies. Please see your confirmation email for more information.
