Nuix product release delivers 'easy button' eDiscovery workflows from early case assessment to production

HERNDON, VA – February 3, 2020 — Global software company Nuix (www.nuix.com) today announced new versions of its flagship products Nuix Workstation, Nuix Investigate, and Nuix Discover that dramatically streamline the process for customers working with large volumes of electronically stored information (ESI) in legal matters, regulatory responses, and internal investigations.

“Nuix software gives customers critical insights into their own data in advance of legal and regulatory matters and the fastest, most cost-efficient method of moving from early case and data assessments to document review and production,” said Rod Vawdrey, Group Chief Executive Officer of Nuix.

“The Nuix platform goes far beyond the traditional eDiscovery requirements—it enables early detection of wrongdoing within organizations and the strategic re-use of data from documents already reviewed and produced in previous matters.”

Using Nuix Workstation and Nuix Investigate, organizations can build and manage large repositories of ESI in response to or in advance of discovery matters and investigations. Nuix customers can now use secure, fast transfer technologies to seamlessly promote subsets of this data to Nuix Discover, Nuix’s award-winning, cloud-based eDiscovery software. They can make that data accessible to eDiscovery advisors, review teams, and legal counsel while maintaining control of valuable and sensitive information.

“We’re executing on our strategic vision of integrating and streamlining the discovery process across the enterprise,” said Danny Pidutti, Nuix’s Chief Product Officer. “By reducing the volume of data that needs human review, we’re further reducing the costs of eDiscovery for our customers.”
