Nuix eDiscovery Specialist

Nuix eDiscovery Specialist training is a two-day course that will work through the complete eDiscovery workflow, from ingestion of data to final results.

This training course will examine how to manage Nuix workflow settings to suit different kinds of data. Students will learn how to conduct effective quality assurance checks to identify data issues early, apply analytics, search and culling workflows, enable stakeholders to quickly review key issues or results, and create quality productions for exchange or use in court. Students will be challenged to discuss workflows for a variety of scenarios.

PREREQUISITES

Nuix Investigate Administrator (fma Web Review & Analytics, Administrator)

The Nuix Investigate Administrator training is a one-day course designed to introduce Administrators new to the Nuix Investigate application through techniques to successfully install, implement and support the application.

During this training course, students will delve into the installation and configuration of the application. Administrators of the application will learn to create and manage user, group, and case security by navigating through the interface of the Nuix User Management Server. Most Nuix Investigate cases derive from Nuix Workstation. This course includes working with common features such as deduplication, exclusions, search and tag and metadata profiles as case preparation for reviewers in Nuix Workstation. The Nuix Investigate End-User training is a one-day course designed to take a user new to the Nuix Investigate applications through techniques to effectively search, review, analyze and report.

During the Nuix Investigate End-User training course students will search, review and report in the Nuix Investigate application. Nuix Ringtail End-User

Nuix Ringtail End-User training is a one-day instructor-led course designed to introduce students to Ringtail basics for review and search. This course will walk participants through navigating Ringtail, performing document review and working with document sets. Participants will learn how to pull a review assignment, display different document views, review single documents using conditional coding templates and perform bulk actions for selected documents. Students will learn core functionality available within Ringtail to display document content and images, perform linear document review, print documents and create reports, and work with transcripts and produced documents. This class includes multiple hands-on labs that allow students to apply what they have learned.

Nuix Ringtail End-User Analytics

The Nuix Ringtail End-user Analytics training course is designed to introduce students to the basics of Ringtail analytics features. This course will walk participants through analyzing documents associated with early case assessment, investigations and documents review. Participants will learn how to leverage analytics tools to identify content and metadata to locate similar documents, document relationships and communication patterns and to track and analyze information about entities and connections between those entities.

Students will learn core functionality available within Ringtail to explore groups and conceptually similar documents, identify key concepts and relationships between documents, identify critical data points based on a timeline, view statistics for search term hits in documents, understand which people and organizations are communicating with each other and what they communicated about, identify unique parts of each e-mail using threaded views, and use a data model to track and manage internal processes of your organization.
