Sydney, Australia – Nuix is proud to announce that our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has been officially endorsed by Reconciliation Australia.
This is an important milestone for our business and for our ongoing commitment to reconciliation. It reflects the work, leadership, and advocacy of our CultureX First Nations group and the people across Nuix who have helped bring this commitment to life. In particular, we recognize the strong contribution of those who have championed this work from within the business and helped turn intent into action.
Our RAP is more than a formal framework. It is a clear statement of how Nuix will build stronger relationships, create opportunities, and take practical steps that support reconciliation in Australia.
A meaningful step in our Force for Good
At Nuix, our work has long centered on helping organizations uncover truth, find facts, and drive accountability. It reflects our belief that commitment must be visible, practical, and grounded in real outcomes. It also connects with the values that shape how we work with customers, communities, and each other.
Why this matters
The endorsement of our RAP reinforces several important priorities for Nuix.
Strengthening our ESG narrative
Our RAP supports and strengthens our environmental, social, and governance commitments by showing how we are taking practical action on social impact in Australia.
Supporting First Nations opportunities
The RAP creates stronger pathways for First Nations recruitment, engagement, and capability building. It also opens more opportunities to support training pathways, including in areas such as forensics, where Nuix has deep expertise and the ability to create long-term value.
Expanding supplier diversity
A key part of reconciliation is creating economic opportunity. Through our RAP, Nuix can deepen engagement with First Nations businesses and strengthen supplier diversity across our operations. This is an important step toward building lasting, inclusive partnerships.
Reinforcing our position in the market
In Australia, a RAP is increasingly expected in government and regulated-sector tenders. By formalizing our commitments, Nuix is better positioned to meet these expectations and show customers that we are serious about reconciliation, inclusion, and accountability.
Building on work already underway
This endorsement builds on progress already being made across Nuix. Our CultureX First Nations group has already helped drive visible and meaningful initiatives, including First Nations artwork, National Reconciliation Week activities, and a digital Acknowledgement of Country.
These actions matter because they help create a stronger internal culture while also showing that our commitment is active, not symbolic. Our RAP gives this work a formal structure and a clear path forward.
Looking ahead
Reconciliation is ongoing work. Endorsement of our RAP is an important milestone, but it is not the end point. It is the foundation for continued action, learning, and accountability.
At Nuix, we are committed to building respectful relationships, creating real opportunities, and contributing to a more inclusive future. We are proud to take this step and grateful to the people who have helped make it possible.
