Rachel joined the Board of Nuix in March 2026.

Rachel has over 20 years’ experience in enterprise software and SaaS, with a background in global go-to-market leadership across public and private-equity-backed companies. She has held executive responsibility for sales, marketing, customer success and revenue operations in large, international organisations. 

Most recently she served as President, Go-To-Market at UKG. Prior to this, she held senior leadership roles at Cisco, including Senior Vice President of the Americas and Senior Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales, and previously held executive roles at SAP in the United States and Asia Pacific, including President Southeast Asia and Chief Operating Officer APAC.

Rachel is also a Non-Executive Director and Sustainability, Social Responsibility and Governance Committee Chair of CSG Systems International (NASDAQ: CSGS). She holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
