Rachel joined the Board of Nuix in March 2026.

Rachel has over 20 years’ experience in enterprise software and SaaS, with a background in global go-to-market leadership across public and private-equity-backed companies. She has held executive responsibility for sales, marketing, professional services, customer success and revenue operations in large, international organisations.

Rachel is the Chief Revenue Officer at Epicor.  Prior to this, she held senior leadership roles at UKG as President Go-To-Market, at Cisco, including Senior Vice President of the Americas and Senior Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales, and previously held executive roles at SAP in the United States and Asia Pacific, including President Southeast Asia and Chief Operating Officer APAC.

Rachel also previously served as Non-Executive Director and Sustainability, Social Responsibility and Governance Committee Chair of CSG Systems International (NASDAQ: CSGS).

Rachel holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
