Ted brings exceptional experience to the Nuix Board through his long history in technology transformation, corporate strategy, and capital markets, having led major technology businesses in Australia including as Telstra Group Managing Director - Technology and Product. 

Ted also brings to the Board deep governance experience including his recent track record as Non-Executive Chairman in positioning Firmus as a leading AI infrastructure company and as Non-Executive Chairman of Dubber Limited. He was previously a former Chairman of NextDC Limited, RP Data Limited, Fujitsu Australia Limited and Tech Mahindra ANZ. He has a deep understanding of venture capital, telecommunications, and enterprise technology. 

Ted graduated in Law (Hons) and Arts (Economics) from Macquarie University.  

Ted joined the board as a nominee (non-independent) director of Macquarie Capital, the major shareholder of Nuix.
